Production Process
We built and applied the production process from the beginning
Box iron billet or sheet iron put into the cutting machine according to the product size in drawing.
Products go through shaping, drilling or stamping steps according to the product’s shape & size in technical drawing
Depend on each product requirement, it may be pre-bent or welded.
All products must go through the welding and grinding stages to get
smooth surfaces before finishing.
There are 2 types of finishing which are powder coating and waterbased painted (antique style)
